Saisi par le premier ministre d'une " Contribution sur l'avenir de l'Ecole ", le Conseil économique et social, rappelle dans cet avis qu'en dépit des progrès accomplis, le système éducatif peine à atteindre les objectifs fixés par la loi d'orientation de 1989 et que la démocratisation reste incomplète.
Par ses propositions visant à compléter la loi de 1989, le Conseil économique et social souhaite participer à la construction d'une école d'avenir, permettant de répondre aux évolutions de la société à l'horizon 2020 et, surtout, de faire réussir tous les élèves. |
